GiftAMeal Top 10 Restaurants: June 2018
This June, we were able to provide 7,768 meals to those in need thanks to our users taking photos at GiftAMeal partner restaurants. Today, we are making a special mention of our over-achieving restaurants that had the most photos taken in June.
This month, Gingham’s rang in as our most-used GiftAMeal restaurant. Open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, Gingham’s is your go-to place for comfort food.
Located right on the loop, Seoul Taco is a Mexican-Korean fusion restaurant. The meals are delicious, fast, inexpensive, and the atmosphere is incredible. At Seoul Taco, you can eat your meal next to a wall of boom boxes even!
Just down the street from Seoul Taco is another Delmar Loop staple: Three Kings. The restaurant is great for lunch, dinner or a drink, but be sure to check out their happy hour: Monday-Thursday 3-6 PM or Sunday-Thursday 10 PM-close.
If you’re looking for great St. Louis food on The Hill—head over to Anthonino’s and try the toasted ravioli. Also take a glance at the GiftAMeal Channel 5 KSDK feature that was filmed there last week!
Lona’s prides itself on having dietary options for just about everybody. They offer meat-based, gluten-free, paleo, and vegetarian options—they also will make any of their meals vegan upon request.
The Vine is one of our newest GiftAMeal recruits. They joined June 21st and still managed to make their way onto our top ten list! The Vine is located on South Grand, serves Lebanese Cuisine, and operates as a restaurant, bakery, and juice bar.
Northwest Coffee is a cozy, multipurpose spot—perfect for study sessions, meeting friends, and meeting colleagues. Check out their two locations on GiftAMeal in Clayton and Central West End!
Rich & Charlie’s also has two locations on GiftAMeal: one in Crestwood and one in South County. Both locations have beautiful interiors and delicious Italian food—they just celebrated their 50th anniversary last year. Congrats!
When you’re craving breakfast for dinner, Chris’ Pancake & Dining has got you covered. Open until 9 PM Monday-Saturday and 8 PM on Sunday, they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner all-day long.
Turn is another new addition to GiftAMeal. You might remember David Kirkland as the former chef of Café Osage — now he has a new restaurant open for brunch, Wednesday-Sunday 9 AM – 3 PM, and dinner, Thursday-Saturday 5 – 10 PM. Be sure to check out their biscuit flights!
And although they didn’t quite make the top ten, we’d also like to give honorable mention to another ten GiftAMeal restaurants with the next highest amount of photos taken – maybe they will crack the top ten in July!
